We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

We ship within the United States only. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, though larger or high-volume orders may take 1-3 business days to process. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3-6 business days. You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping costs make standard Canada shipping too expensive for us to offer by default. That said, if you need a special order shipped to Canada, contact us at info@sweetdegreeskitchen.com and we'll see what we can work out.

The boxes ship flat to help reduce shipping costs and are quick and easy to assemble.

Shipping costs are based on the weight and size of the package. Our cake boxes are large and bulky, which means they take up more space and weigh more than a typical package, this is reflected in the shipping rate charged by the carrier. We have no control over these costs and do not profit from shipping. If you are ordering multiple items, message us and we can look into combining your shipment to get you the best rate possible.

We offer a 15-day return window from your purchase date. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase. Sale items are final sale and can't be refunded. If an item arrives defective or damaged, we'll replace it, just report it within 15 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Currently, we do not ship overseas due to the high shipping costs for bulky items.

Please take photos of the damaged package before opening it, as well as photos of any damaged items inside. Send the photos to us so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier. We will either replace the damaged item or issue a refund.

Yes! All our clear cake boxes are made from premium food-safe PET plastic that is BPA-free and approved for direct contact with food.

Our boxes ship flat and assemble in seconds, with no tape or tools needed. Peel the protective film off the plastic and lid, fold along the pre-scored creases, then snap the pieces together to form a secure wall and base. It depends on the box. We offer inserts for 4, 6, 12, and 24 cupcakes, plus mini cupcake boxes in 12 or 24-count. Check each product page for the exact cupcake count and insert size.

Yes, most of our cake boxes come with a cake board included. To be sure for your specific box, check the product page and description before ordering, or contact us if you have any questions.

Your box has a protective film to prevent scratches during shipping. Before assembling, peel the film from both sides of each clear panel and from the inside of the lid. Once removed, your box will be crystal clear and fully see-through. If the film is left on, the panels may appear cloudy or foggy.
