Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Most orders ship within 24 hours. Larger or high volume orders may require 1 to 3 business days for processing.
Shipping & Delivery Time
Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 3 to 6 business days after your order has shipped.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Shipping Issues & Delays

Lost or Missing Packages
All orders are shipped with insurance. If your package is lost or does not arrive, please contact us at info@sweetdegreeskitchen.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or resolution.

In rare cases, delivery times may exceed our estimates due to circumstances beyond our control. If this occurs, please reach out and we will do our best to assist you.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or modified only before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel or make changes to the order, including address updates.
