There are different ways to use this origami silicone mold. You can use with fondant, ganache, buttercream or any other ideas you can think of. This sheet mold is long enough to cover a 5" cake around, and half of a 8" cake.

Size of the mold: 15.25" Long x 5" Wide x 0.25" Deep.

When you use fondant: just dust the origami mold with cornstarch , weigh about 10 once fondant and roll into the mold with a rolling pin. It’s very easy to release from the mold.

When you use ganache: 4:1 ratio of white chocolate to heave cream and make the ganache. Color the ganache into your desire colors. Spread ganache into your origami mold evenly. Wait until you can wrap the ganache around the cake.

When you use buttercream: Pipe the buttercream into the origami mold, and wrap around the cake gently, chill in the refrigerator till the buttercream get hard, that way you can easily peel off the mold from the icing. Safe to use in oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer, etc. Can be used within the temperature between -40F ~ 445F.

Hand wash with soapy water and pat dry.
